The timeline depends on the type of work we’re doing together. For a single ceremonial photoshoot, the process typically spans 4-6 weeks, including planning, the shoot itself, and delivering your images. For more comprehensive branding packages, the journey can take several months as we explore every layer of your vision and craft something truly transformational. No matter the timeline, I’m committed to creating work that feels intentional, aligned, and deeply reflective of your essence.

Yes, I offer flexible payment options to make my services as accessible as possible. For photoshoots, you can either pay in full upfront or secure your shoot with a non-refundable deposit of £500, with the remaining balance due one month before your photoshoot date.

For my longer containers and offerings, such as branding packages or coaching programmes, payment plans are available to help you spread the cost over time. The specific payment structure for each service is listed alongside its investment, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

As Brits, we know rain is always a possibility, so planning for it is just part of the process. If the forecast looks a bit dreary (because, let’s face it, it often does), we can reschedule or pivot to an indoor location that still aligns with your vision. I also highly recommend having a ‘base’ for the shoot—an indoor spot where you can change outfits, refresh, and escape any unexpected downpours.

That said, I truly believe life gifts us what we need, and it’s up to us to alchemise it into art. A storm, wet weather, or muddy bare feet might feel like a curveball, but these unplanned elements often add a gorgeous, raw authenticity that we could never have planned. These moments remind us that we’re co-creating with the universe—and that includes the weather. Having said that, if the weather looks too intense to shoot safely or risks damaging the equipment, trust that I will reschedule it. Similarly, if I believe the weather is completely off-brand for the vision we’re co-creating, I will help you create backup plans to ensure the magic stays intact. For this reason, it’s always a good idea to book locations with flexibility wherever possible. 

I completely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. I aim to be flexible, but as my calendar fills quickly, I require at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule without incurring a fee. For last-minute changes, a rescheduling fee may apply unless it’s due to an emergency.

Due to the deeply personalised nature of my work and the time, energy, and preparation invested, I’m unable to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed. However, I’m fully committed to ensuring you have an incredible experience, and I will work with you to reschedule or adapt the plan if unforeseen circumstances arise.

It’s also important to know that once you say “yes” to working together, the container has opened, and the magic has already begun—whether you’re fully aware of it or not. From the moment you commit, I begin holding space for your transformation, and part of my role is holding you to that commitment to grow and evolve. This work is not undertaken lightly, and your “yes” is a declaration of stepping into your next level.

For photos, I deliver only the professionally edited images as part of your final gallery. The editing process is where the magic happens, refining each shot to align with the depth, essence, and energy of your brand. Raw files are like the ingredients of a recipe—they’re incomplete without the care and expertise that go into editing, and I want you to have a finished collection that feels polished and aligned with your vision.

For b-roll videos, I provide the raw footage for you to edit into long or short-form content, depending on your needs. Since the formats for these are different, we’ll decide in advance how you plan to use them, so I can capture the footage with your vision in mind. This allows you or your team to weave your own creative magic and tailor the videos to your evolving strategy.

If you feel there’s a specific need for raw photo files or additional video support, let’s discuss it beforehand, as this is outside my usual workflow and may involve an additional fee. My goal is to ensure you have the tools and assets you need to bring your vision to life!

What you wear for your ceremonial photoshoot is an important part of expressing your essence and aligning with the vision we’re creating. To help with this, we’ll discuss outfit ideas during your planning session. Together, we can explore colours, textures, and styles that reflect your personality, mission, and the story you want to tell. I often recommend bringing a mix of options—some timeless, some bold—so we can create a variety of looks. Think about layering pieces, fabrics that flow and move beautifully, and outfits that feel authentically you.
